Job Summary
Responsible for setting and clearing restaurant tables. Support restaurant staff, fill water glasses, and sometimes serve food.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables by replacing dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware with clean items.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant’s dining room.
- Sweep and mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Assist servers as needed to improve the overall dining experience for guests.
- Bring out food orders, refill drinks and bread baskets, and relay messages to the kitchen staff.
- Set up tables, stock supplies, and help prepare for large parties and events.
- Perform any task that is requested to help the restaurant run smoothly.
