Overview Aspect Consulting (A Geosyntec Company), an earth and water resources consulting firm, is seeking an Early-Career Water Resources Engineer to join our growing Stormwater Practice in our Seattle, Yakima, Bellingham, Bainbridge Island, Olympia, or Wenatchee WA office, this position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule at the Company's discretion. This is a full-time position that will collaborate with project managers, clients, and other engineers to complete cutting edge projects to restore and protect water quality and fish and wildlife habitat. Over time, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Project Engineer level, then Senior Engineer level, and eventually into project and client management. We are seeking a motivated junior engineer who enjoys promoting sustainable communities and wants to apply their skills to help project teams. Complete in-field stream condition evaluations, drainage system inventories, basin delineations, and stormwater retrofit project site assessments;

Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified Washington locations below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
