What you'll do

As the Lead UI/UX Designer, you are a highly motivated and proactive individual responsible for translating functional requirements into a well thought out design and implementation of all products within the Business Applications space. You have a consistent track record of designing intuitive, engaging, simple and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for web applications. You will work directly with the Lead Product Managers in collaboration with the cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that align with our business objectives and user needs. In addition, you will conduct user research, perform usability testing, and design persona-based user experiences.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to a Director, Product Management for Business Applications.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and consistent user experiences across all platforms in GTM domain

  • Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other partners to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our products

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile application design
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and other relevant software
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles and best practices

Preferred

  • Experience with Service Design front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
