In this position, you will explore new frontiers, use your positive and engaging communication style to influence and motivate team members and build strong relationships within the organization and with clients. Further, you will have meaningful guidance from firm leadership for staffing and business development in addition to the ability to perform due diligence while living inside or outside of traditional major markets.

How you will contribute:

  • Performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity groups and corporate clients
  • Analyzing financial and operational results of target companies and preparing the quality of earnings reports
  • Evaluating financial information, identifying diligence issues/opportunities, and recommending post-acquisition actions
  • Researching and analyzing industry standards, trends, and target companies
  • Working closely with client executives, investment bankers, private equity investors, attorneys, or other stakeholders
  • Will have the hybrid flexibility to work with our private equity advisory process improvement team if desired

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

  • Strong current knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Recent experience with current audit and accounting concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university or CPA eligible; licensed CPA is preferred
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in audit or transaction services from a large public accounting or consulting firm
