As a Business Listings Coordinator you will be responsible for working with and guiding Managed Business Listings clients. You will partner with the clients marketing, digital and IT teams to ensure successful execution of business listings and optimization of those listings through claiming, editing and maintaining business listings across various review sites, and ensuring the most accurate information is displayed. You will represent the clients needs and requirements to product management, engineering, customer success managers, and sales to ensure institutional intimacy with the client. You will work with each client, third parties, and drive time to value across platform investments and work closely with clients to ensure that they achieve their desired outcome quickly and seamlessly. Responsibilities: * Prioritized response queue * Designated support resource to assist in entity data management * Designated support resource to upload images at scale on platform * Monitor locations monthly to ensure licenses match and Basic understanding of contract details * Proactive review of actionable listings on a monthly cadence * Reputation data audit * Manually update a listing on Google, Facebook, etc. * Manage photos that need to be uploaded manually to RDC * Work with the client on best practices for profile and cover photos on GBP * Create and link relevant departments * Provide consultation on best strategies to increase rank (SEO) * Share best-practices and conduct quarterly reviews of work that has been done to increase visibility and accuracy * Ensure full utilization and value proposition of platform investments are realized * Ensure day today accuracy of Business Listings * Partner to understand the unique challenges faced by client to best solve business problems and achieved desired outcome * Build strong working relationships within client to guide projects and outcomes to successful conclusion * Stay actively engaged with internal client teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes * Provide feedback to Product Team on ways to improve process and Business Listings Dashboard functionality Required Skills: * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written communications) * Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Proficiency and familiarity with social media/sites. * Attention to detail, Decision making * Open to work in shifts * Dashboard, editing, maintaining, Verification, review, sites * Edit, Maintain, Verify AND Dashboard AND excel Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred * Prior experience in "white glove" customer service preferred * Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Thrives on providing excellent customer service * Hybrid work environment with a minimum requirement of 2 days onsite per week The successful candidate for this job will have strong communications skills, ability to work within a fast paced environment, and detail oriented while executing with people, process and technology best outcomes in mind.
