In this role, you will be a pivotal member ensuring Nondestructive Testing (NDT) inspections align seamlessly with customer directives and industry standards. As a qualified professional, you'll play a crucial role in setting up and calibrating equipment, interpreting results, and guiding NDT trainees. Your proficiency in organizing and reporting inspection results, coupled with adherence to quality processes, is key. PROOF OF NDT CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION Applicants are encouraged to include electronic copies of their Level II NDT certifications in Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing Shear Wave (UT) as part of their initial application. Certifications can be from industry, trade school, military, or other relevant sources. If these documents are not included with your application, they will be requested if you are selected for an initial phone screening with our recruiting team. WORKING CONDITIONS This position is considered PRODUCTION/OUTDOOR WORK which is characterized as follows. The shipyard/base/manufacturing work environment; the site may contain mobility barriers with uneven ground level and obstructed pathways.
