Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair previously installed windows & doors (sashes, screens, locks, units, woodwork, etc.)

Analyze problems and come up with solutions independently, with the Service team, and our customers

Determine and follow through on corrective action that is efficient and cost effective

Maintain customer satisfaction from start to finish with a positive, can-do attitude

Work in a highly collaborative environment

Timely documentation of service notes and complete paperwork

Collect and process payments if necessary

Fully complete service training from lead service tech and understand procedures implemented with both service and safety

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality workmanship

At least 3-5 years window installation experience

Knowledge of general construction, home improvements, and renovation preferred

Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot

Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and clean driving record - this position is contingent on successfully passing a detailed driving record check and meeting the necessary requirments to be insurable under our company's policy
