e-Commerce and Retail Digital Manager

About the Role:

As an e-Commerce and Retail Digital Manager in the Durable Goods Manufacturing/ Automotive Aftermarket industry, your main objective will be to drive the online sales and digital presence of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online revenue, improve customer experience, and enhance brand visibility. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce and retail operations. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and consumer behavior in the online space.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the retail and/or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience with website development and content management systems.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
• Familiarity with the Durable Goods Manufacturing/ Automotive Aftermarket industry.
• Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing initiatives.
