10 general help workers needed for temporary, full-time employment. Follow all standards and general manufacturing procedures. Reviews list of the current production run. Communicates information with other employees on the same line/area. Completes required work including, but not limited to: Quality Check sheets, dough schedule recording, taking temperatures of product, housekeeping and working in a safe manner. Communicates any issues to the proper Supervisor or Manager. Maintains safe working environment for all employees/contractors. Promotes safety in all areas of operations. Maintains cleanliness of the work area. Follows proper G. M. P.'s at all times. Other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead Person. No minimum education or experience is required. Employer will offer at least 35 hours per week, in 4, 10-hour work days, or 3, 12-hour work days. Work will be performed on Monday-Sunday, with actual daily schedules to vary. Employer's operations occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Workers are needed from April 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023. Workers will be paid no less than $17.01 per hour. Availability of overtime hours may vary and will be paid at a rate of $25.52 per hour. Employer will provide on-the-job training on the proper use and maintenance of employer's tools and equipment. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly by check. Employer intends to offer assistance to workers in locating and securing adequate lodging for the employment period. Workers are not required to accept employer's assistance in securing lodging. The cost of such lodging will vary and will be borne by the worker. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. If the worker completed 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily meals will be provided for at the rate of 14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of 59.00 per day with receipts. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the worksite in Baltimore, MD. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the work days in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
