Job Title: Money Management Case Aide
Program: Money Management Program Supervisor: Guardianship Program Manager Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly Employee) Salary Range: Grade 2, Step 4 ($16.40/ per hour) SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Money Management Case Aide provides support services to two important functions within the Money Management Program. Case Aide: In this capacity, the incumbent provides support to the Money Management Case Manager (MMCM) to ensure that clients basic needs such as food and shelter are met. This includes driving and transporting clients using an agency vehicle for shopping outings and making purchases for clients and documenting said purchases. The Case Aide will assist the MMCM by driving and cashing checks, delivering spending money, paying bills and other assigned job duties to meet the goals of the program. Records Management: In this capacity, the incumbent is responsible for managing the Money Management's Client Records. These client files must be maintained accurately. Furthermore, he/she must become familiar with the Money Management Program's Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Handbook, training materials, and internal forms necessary to meet the needs of this position, and provides basic office support as assigned by Supervisor, MMCM and/or management personnel.
