   Collaborative Partner: Work closely with parents or guardians to build strong partnerships, encouraging communication to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for supporting each child's learning journey.

   Compassionate Caregiver: Foster a nurturing and caring environment where children feel loved, supported, and valued.

   Creative Facilitator: Stimulate children's creativity and imagination through various activities such as art, music, storytelling, and dramatic play.
