JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Center for the Business of Sustainability within the Smeal College of Business is seeking to hire a student intern for the 2024 to 2025 Academic Year (with the intent to extend into subsequent academic years). The selected candidate will work as an Event Planning Specialist. The position requires in-person attendance for meetings and events in addition to remote work on a flexible schedule for a total of 10 hours/week at a starting rate of $13/hour. This opening provides exposure to a broadly defined understanding of sustainability in business, including concepts as they relate to health, social equity, conservation, marketing and behavior, supply chain, and financial and social impact. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team of interns, faculty, and staff. This position will be supporting the Smeal Undergraduate Impact Case Competition.
