Senior Quality Egineer

Providence QE COE is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to join our Automation team at onshore. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of RPA solutions and EPIC application Automation using UiPath. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, map processes, and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and manage the end-to-end development and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to understand current workflows and identify areas for automation.
  • Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath.
  • Configure robots and orchestrators to execute automation processes.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed robots and automation processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in RPA and process automation.
  • Help support Major releases, patches, hotfixes by providing technical support to the testing team providing logs, files, data base info, make database changes and taking part in numerous trouble shooting calls with developers for all aspects of the applications that are tested.


Required skill set:



  • Automation specialist having minimum 6-8 yrs of experience in functional & automation testing
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
  • Experience with process mapping, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work in a structured and methodical approach, combined with an out-of-the-box thinking) and providing Test Automation Strategy.
  • Experience with Bot development life cycle including requirements definition, solution design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance
  • Experience in EPIC application testing would be a plus
  • Knowledge of process automation best practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to do triage & deep analysis of defects
  • Ability to work under less supervision and self-starter.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent team Player and good customer-facing skills
  • Experience in various types of testing including functional, integration, system and user acceptance testing.
  • High level understanding and hands-on experience testing web-based applications, Mobile applications and cloud applications
  • Ability to quickly understand complex applications and large systems
  • Experience in Devops and Agile preferred.
  • Experience in standard testing methodologies and tools like ADO, ALM, JIRA, Rally, ServiceNow etc
