This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Picker/Packer career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and work directions. Basic computer skills, including data entry, screen navigation, and printing documents. Experience Requirements 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or packing experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform accurate counting and basic math calculations. Dependable work ethic and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during 10-hour shifts. Capable of performing repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Ability to safely use box cutters, razor knives, tape guns, and basic hand tools. Job Responsibilities Pack products into boxes according to customer and production specifications. Assemble and build small display boxes and packaging materials. Apply packing labels and verify product information for accuracy. Inspect products for quality issues before packaging. Follow written work instructions and production procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet productivity and quality standards while working efficiently.
