Essential Functions: Assemble medical devices and kits for the medical field Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions. Ensure finished products meet our clients and the customer's highest standards. Maintain accurate daily production records. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and write in English Basic computer proficiency required Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Experience working in a production or assembly environment Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Flexible availability, including every other weekend Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
