Business Litigation Associate - Phoenix

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a mid-level Business Litigation Associate to join its Phoenix, Arizona office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice representing clients in complex matters across the country, including significant litigation in Arizona.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on employment litigation.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Federal judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of civil procedure and experience across all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and briefs, written discovery, deposition preparation, and case management.
• Employment law counseling experience is a plus (although not required)
• Candidates must be admitted to the Arizona Bar or eligible for immediate admission.
• Candidates must be physically located in the Phoenix area. This position is not available on a fully remote basis.
