Assembler Location:Ladson, SC Schedule/Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay:$18.00 per hour Job Summary The Assemblersupports daily plant operations by assembling products accurately and efficiently while meeting established production, safety, and quality standards. This role uses hand and power tools, follows standard work instructions, performs basic troubleshooting and repairs, and helps maintain a smooth production workflow. The ideal candidate has warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to develop advanced product knowledge and support fellow team members. Job Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately according to standard work instructions and product specifications. Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Identify products that fail testing or tolerance requirements and perform repairs as needed. Complete assigned work within established production timeframes. Move completed components and assemblies to designated areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and ensure equipment is properly maintained. Assist team members to support product quality and efficient workflow. Communicate production issues and challenges professionally to leadership. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Develop product knowledge and build proficiency across different product types and assembly tasks. Provide peer support and coaching by sharing knowledge and demonstrating effective work practices. Participate in continuous improvement, change management, and lean transformation activities. Follow all applicable safety and quality policies, procedures, and requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Job Requirements Some warehouse or manufacturing experience required. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard work procedures. Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn additional product types. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime when required. Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
