Information Systems Applications Specialist III (Oracle EPM)

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Applications Specialist III to support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applications development, systems analysis, programming, and troubleshooting. This individual will work closely with application administrators and business users to evaluate system requirements, resolve technical issues, enhance application functionality, and support ongoing system maintenance and development.

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EPM applications.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with users to identify appropriate system solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain applications and system programs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Perform user acceptance, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality and business processes.
• Develop technical documentation and maintain accurate system records.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, integrations and implementations.
• Provide technical guidance, training and support to application administrators and end users.
