This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can execute exceptionally and build scalable production systems. We're looking for someone who can build creative at scale-not just creating great assets but developing an idea into a system that can work across multiple channels, including paid and organic social, Google Ads, digital, email, web, print, and mailers. The optimal candidate will be able to develop templates and executions that can be versioned for hundreds of local franchise locations.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and works closely with our internal marketing team, agency partners, and other collaborators.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in bringing more of the client's creative execution in-house, scaling and building production assets across national campaigns, always-on programs, and local marketing.

  • Execute, scale, and build production assets from agency concepts rooted in brand strategy, customer insights, and business objectives, translating those ideas into cohesive visual systems that work across channels. Over time, begin developing campaign concepts as well.
  • Own creative execution and production for the client's national campaigns and promotions, executing and adapting assets across channels.
  • Own creative for the client's organic social calendar through production, including recurring content series, campaign extensions, promotional content, and platform-specific adaptations.
  • Design and produce creative across paid social, Google Ads, digital advertising, email, web, print, local marketing, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Support basic headline development, short-form copy, hooks, and messaging variations as part of the creative process.
  • Build meaningful creative variants for testing across messaging, imagery, formats, and executions, and apply performance learnings to future creative.
  • Translate national creative into scalable systems that can work across more than 300 local markets without losing the strength of the original idea.
  • Build and maintain Canva templates and creative systems that enable local teams to customize content while protecting brand consistency and creative quality.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and agency partners to move work efficiently from strategy and agency concept through production and deployment.
  • Help evolve how the client uses AI across the creative process, experimenting with ways to improve exploration, production, versioning, and creative velocity.

Tools & Production Skills Required

  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Canva experience, including building and maintaining scalable, brand-controlled templates for use by non-designers.
  • Working fluency with generative AI tools and demonstrated experience using AI to support exploration, production, or creative workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Video editing. The ideal candidate can leverage existing b-roll assets to build reels for social feeds.
  • Basic headline development and short-form messaging support.
  • Experience developing creative for paid social, Google Ads, display, Performance Max, email, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Experience working with franchise, multi-location, retail, or other distributed brands.

How We Think About AI

We believe AI is becoming part of modern creative work, and we're looking for someone who is curious about what that makes possible. You don't need to have every tool mastered. You should, however, have a point of view on where AI can make creative teams better-whether that's accelerating exploration, creating variations, supporting research, streamlining production, or removing repetitive work. We're interested in someone who actively experiments with these tools while maintaining strong creative judgment. AI should increase the amount of thinking and making we can do, not replace the judgment behind great creative.

What We're Looking For

The strongest candidates will bring approximately 5-7 years of professional creative experience, although the quality and relevance of your work matters more to us than a specific number of years. You should have:

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and execution.
  • Experience taking an established creative concept and scaling it through execution across multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience creating within an established brand system while knowing how to extend that system thoughtfully.
  • Evidence that you understand creative at scale: adaptation, localization, versioning, templates, testing, and production are part of the work, not an afterthought.
  • Strong typography, layout, image selection, composition, and visual craft skills.
  • Familiarity with basic headline development to support messaging variations as part of the creative process.
  • Strong Canva experience and an understanding of how to build scalable, usable template systems for non-designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and production discipline.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and move comfortably between visual craft and hands-on execution.
  • An understanding of the full customer journey and how creative needs to work differently across it-from building awareness and consideration to driving action and supporting conversion.
  • Experience developing integrated creative across multiple channels, including Google Ads, paid social, organic social, web, email, and print.
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to translate customer needs, pain points, and insights into relevant creative executions.

What Great Looks Like in This Role

You can be handed an agency concept, customer insight, and business objective and build out the systems to bring it to life everywhere it needs to go. You're comfortable opening the file, building assets, setting up templates, and scaling creative. You understand that a brand with hundreds of local businesses needs creative systems-not just individual pieces of creative. You collaborate with stakeholders, take feedback, and keep production moving efficiently.
