We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented digital publishing professional to join our client-a leading financial services organization committed to delivering seamless digital experiences. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the public-facing digital presence of a trusted brand, ensuring that high-volume web content is published accurately, accessibly, and efficiently to reach millions of users daily.

The Opportunity

In this hands-on execution role, you will be the driving force behind publishing and maintaining high-quality public website content. Working within an enterprise-level content management system, you will build and update web pages, perform meticulous quality checks, and apply strict accessibility standards to ensure an exceptional user experience. While you won't be writing copy or designing templates, your technical expertise in page assembly and digital publishing workflows will bring creative and strategic visions to life across major digital properties.

What You Will Do

  • Build, configure, and update public-facing web pages using Drupal and other modern content management systems.
  • Format content, links, metadata, and page elements according to established guidelines and source materials.
  • Manage high-volume publishing requests, including content updates, renewals, retirements, and urgent requests under tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate content through established review, approval, staging, and release workflows.
  • Perform thorough self and peer quality assurance (QA) to verify links, formatting, metadata, and responsive presentation across devices.
  • Apply digital accessibility requirements and remediate content-level accessibility issues to ensure compliance.
  • Support release-readiness reviews, launch validation, and post-release verification.
  • Prepare content for migration or transition, including inventory review, mapping, and applying taxonomy or tagging.
  • Collaborate effectively with content owners, designers, and technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve presentation defects.

What You Bring (Required)

  • Proven experience publishing and maintaining content for large-scale enterprise websites or digital properties.
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal or a comparable enterprise content management system (CMS).
  • Experience building web pages using reusable components, templates, or structured content models.
  • Strong background in content entry, self-QA, peer review, and release validation.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive web design, metadata, taxonomy, and SEO principles.
  • Solid understanding of digital accessibility requirements and content-level remediation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for formatting, presentation, and technical content issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.

Bonus Points (Preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with Sanity or other headless content management systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale website modernization, content transition, or migration initiatives.
  • Familiarity working within regulated industry review and approval processes.
  • Experience supporting scheduled releases, major website launches, or Agile product teams.
  • Experience creating publishing documentation, QA checklists, or training materials.
