Design, build, and maintain a centralized BRG member and leadership database with approved demographic, membership, role, term, and organizational data fields.

- Create standardized intake, onboarding and update forms for new and existing BRG members and leaders, including data validation, approval routing, and secure record management.

- Create a sustainable method to track BRG leaders' development and career progression using authorized data sources, appropriate access controls, and established privacy and data-governance requirements.

- Gather requirements from BRG leaders and Workforce Development & Inclusion partners; translate business needs into process maps, data structures, automated workflows, dashboards, and user documentation.

- Test solutions, troubleshoot issues, monitor data quality, document standard operating procedures, and train users to support adoption and continuous improvement.

- Partner with HR, IT, data owners, BRG leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, accessible, secure, and aligned with SCE standards.
