This role focuses on identifying and mitigating material shortages, managing supply chain risks, supporting manufacturing delivery schedules, and driving process improvements that ensure products are delivered on time and efficiently. As a key member of the Global Operations organization, you'll help optimize material flow, improve supplier and inventory performance, and lead strategic projects that support business growth and operational excellence. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Analyze material shortages, supply risks, and delivery concerns using SAP and internal planning tools Partner with manufacturing, logistics, engineering, sourcing, and order fulfillment teams to ensure customer delivery commitments are met Identify material risks early and drive escalation, mitigation, and corrective action plans Lead supply chain projects focused on process improvement, forecasting, and operational excellence Conduct scenario planning and supplier health assessments to proactively prevent shipment delays Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor material availability, delivery performance, and supply chain risk Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and improve supply chain execution Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related supply chain functions, OR 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, production, or factory operations 3+ years of experience leading projects, programs, continuous improvement initiatives, or cross-functional business processes 3+ years of experience performing supply chain risk analysis, shortage management, forecasting, planning, or inventory management 3+ years of experience using SAP within a supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing environment 2+ years of experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, or operational performance metrics 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, logistics, and operations 2+ years of experience utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, forecasting, or decision-making What Sets You Apart: Semiconductor industry experience Experience serving as a primary escalation point for material shortages across multiple commodities Buyer, Planner, Scheduler, or Order Fulfillment experience Experience leading meetings with global participants and executive-level stakeholders Python programming or automation experience Advanced SAP expertise Experience in high-tech manufacturing environments Proven track record of independently leading projects, programs, or major business initiatives Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective action programs Additional Information: Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite per week 2 days remote per week Wednesday onsite attendance required Interview Process: First-round interview with Hiring Manager Second-round interview with team members Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
