What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of relevant design or creative leadership experience, showcasing a proven track record of impactful visual design.
• Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, Information, Communication design or equivalent practical experience.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating excellence in delivering strategic design ideas across digital, social, or static form factors.
• Deep knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience creating and implementing engaging content design visuals across multiple platforms and formats.
• A passion for and keen awareness of visual design trends associated with apps and games, driving innovative and relevant design solutions.
• Proactive, analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Prior experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced production environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Clear, concise communication and exceptional organizational skills to manage complex projects and deliverables.
