  • Create and manage job requisitions, approvals, and postings through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data, track pipeline activity, and provide regular updates to Human Resources leadership.
  • Coordinate communication with external recruiting agencies and search firms.
  • Prepare offer-related documentation, coordinate background checks, reference checks, conflicts reviews, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain recruiting and onboarding records in compliance with firm policies and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the candidate experience, employer branding, and process efficiency, and represent the firm at job fairs and networking events.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of professional recruiting or HR coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Why Join Us?

Our collaborative culture encourages knowledge sharing, professional growth, and partnership across teams. Employees can work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and make an impact in a dynamic and client-focused environment. If you're looking for a workplace where you can grow professionally, build strong relationships, and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
