We are seeking a motivated Technical Writer Intern to support our team in creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and editing technical documentation, including manuals, guides, process documents, and job aids
Work closely with engineers, analysts, and project teams to gather information and ensure accuracy
Help maintain documentation libraries and version control
Review and update existing materials for clarity and consistency
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids as needed
Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and branding
Participate in meetings and contribute to improving documentation processes

Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field
Strong written communication and editing skills
Ability to understand and translate complex technical information
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Familiarity with documentation tools (such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or similar)
Basic understanding of technical concepts is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
