Pay

$20.42 - $21.55/ hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Plus $1.00 / hr shift premium for 2nd shift hours

2nd Shift/PT-B (Sunday -Thursday, 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.); other days and hours as needed

Job Summary

The Packaging Technician - Feeder performs multiple functions (catching and feeding within the packaging area.) The Feeder takes the unwrapped product off the conveyor belt and puts it into a track that goes through a machine that wraps it into individually wrapped packages and also packages the wrapped cakes into the cartons.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to be flexible and perform tasks and functions as needed
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
• Good overall work, attendance, and safety record
• Demonstrated commitment to meeting quality food safety standards and dedication to following proper safety procedures
• Willingness to learn and train
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Packaging Tech-Feeder experience
