Essential Responsibilities * Supervise and support daily kitchen operations across resort dining outlets. * Ensure food is prepared and presented according to Omni standards and recipes. * Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing culinary team members. * Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. * Support inventory management, ordering, and proper food storage procedures. * Assist with minimizing waste and controlling food costs. * Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure smooth kitchen operations. * Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. * Address operational challenges and assist in resolving guest concerns when needed. Qualifications * Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred. * Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. * Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. * Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. * ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain certification. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments. * Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying.
