FSQA Tech I Sanitation Delta - Conway, AR

The FSQA Technician I is responsible for performing real-time quality control checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products throughout the production cycle. This role ensures compliance with food safety regulations, internal quality standards, and safety protocols. The technician will operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments, verify production records and inline quality checks, and document inspection results. This position reports to the FSQA Supervisor of the designated area.

Job Duties:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1--2 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, data collection, or testing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow schedules, SOPs, and both verbal and written instructions.
• English proficiency in reading and speaking.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong math skills, including percentages, averages, and standard deviation.
• Ability to respond promptly to internal and external information requests.
