Purpose of the Job The Digital Production Specialist (DPS) collaborates with assigned marketing teams, agency partners, and IT department to test all digital projects for successful functionality and bug-free release across multiple platforms and devices. Much like their copy editor colleagues, the DPS are often involved with a pre-review on large, high value assets. The DPS serves as a liaison for all individuals within the review process. They regularly interact with Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Training and Corporate Communications teams. They must ensure that external partners and agencies adhere to approved Digital Guidelines. The DPS drives the work to completion in the event of an error, frequently collaborating with Regulatory. This person must demonstrate an innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking approach and interest in working across multiple digital and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities
