About the Role

If you love bringing complex events to life, this Senior Planner - Corporate Services role puts you at the center of it all. Supporting a fast-paced Technology environment in Cupertino, you'll lead high-touch meetings and events from creative concept through final reconciliation. You'll partner closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, attendee-focused experiences with precision and style. It's a big role for someone who can juggle details, solve problems quickly, and keep programs moving forward with confidence.

You're Good At

• Managing end-to-end meetings and events, including sourcing, contracting, planning, attendee management, onsite execution, and reconciliation
• Thriving in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where priorities can shift and strong judgment matters
• Leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, tight timelines, large room blocks, and VIP-level service expectations
• Building strong client and supplier relationships while negotiating smart, cost-conscious solutions that still elevate the experience
• Communicating clearly and consultatively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to keep every detail aligned
  
  

You Might Also Have

• 5-7 years of event planning experience with a strong track record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget
• International event planning experience and familiarity with group air coordination
• A creative, solutions-oriented mindset that helps you improve the attendee experience and bring fresh ideas to each program
• Experience working with meeting technology tools and maintaining accurate data, reporting, and billing details throughout the event lifecycle
• A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and comfort operating in a demanding, detail-heavy environment

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Planner - Corporate Services is between $75,000 - $115,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
