About the Role

Love turning contracts, numbers, and details into smooth, reliable operations? As a Contract & Data Integrity Manager, you'll help keep financial and program data accurate, actionable, and moving forward for teams across finance, sourcing, and operations. You'll audit contracts, track commissions, manage reporting, and spot opportunities to improve processes along the way. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving puzzles, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You're Good At

• Auditing contracts, guestroom pickup reports, and program documentation to make sure spend, savings, and financial details are accurate and properly recorded
• Working confidently in Excel, including using formulas and pivot tables to build clear, useful reports
• Managing multiple deadline-driven tasks at once while staying organized, accurate, and calm under pressure
• Partnering with finance, sourcing, business analysts, and suppliers to resolve variances and keep programs moving toward timely closeout
• Taking ownership of data integrity, identifying process gaps, and helping improve workflows through smarter, more efficient ways of working
  
  

You Might Also Have

• 2+ years of experience in financial processing or data management, ideally in the meetings, events, or hotel industry
• A solid understanding of meeting spend, cost savings, cost avoidance, and commission tracking
• Experience working in Cvent or similar systems used for budgets, reporting, and program data management
• A knack for training others, sharing best practices, and helping teams stay aligned through change
• Strong interpersonal skills that help you build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams
  
  

You Should Know

• This role is fully virtual and must sit within the continental USA, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Travel for this role is minimum - anticipated to be once a year, twice at most.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Contract and Data Integrity Manager is between $60,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
