Lead-Talent Experience

We're looking for a Talent Experience Lead to help us shape what it feels like to be a candidate at St. Jude, from the very first interaction through every step that follows. Whether a candidate's journey ends early in the hiring process or continues all the way through their transition onto a St. Jude team, our goal is the same: to create an experience that is thoughtful, consistent, engaging, and reflective of who we are as an organization.

This role will lead the day-to-day work of our Talent Experience team while helping define and continuously improve the programs, processes, and touchpoints that make up the candidate journey. From candidate engagement and visits to relocation, onboarding, employer brand initiatives, and beyond, the Talent Experience Lead will have an opportunity to influence both how we deliver the experience today and what it can become in the future.

We're looking for a leader who can bring together people leadership, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for experience. Someone who can develop a team, build strong partnerships across TA and St. Jude, brings structure and consistency to complex work, and continually look for ways to make the candidate journey better.

• Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring leaders, and teams across St. Jude.
• Use candidate feedback, workforce insights, and industry best practices to continuously improve the experience.
• Be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, setting a vision while ensuring the details are delivered exceptionally well.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or marketing/communications role handling sourcing, talent experience, recruiting or other related activities.
• Strong experience with technology-based recruiting and sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, custom search engine, LinkedIn and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google).
• Experience gathering competitive intelligence and contributing to the development of sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with employment laws and state and local laws as applicable.
• Some experience in planning and managing TA marketing delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in coaching and leading people.
• Proven performance in earlier role.

Work Location and Schedule:

This is an on-site role based in Memphis, Tennessee, with regular in-person presence required. The position primarily follows standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work based on events, programs, and team needs.
