• The Director, Enterprise Change & Transformation provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide change and transformation, establishing the approach, methodologies, capabilities, and partnerships required to prepare the organization for change, accelerate adoption, and sustain intended business and workforce outcomes.
• The Director serves as a trusted advisor to Cooper leaders, transformation sponsors, project teams, and HR leadership on complex organizational, technology, process, and cultural change.
• The role leads the strategy & execution of HR communications ensuring that messaging and the employee value proposition are authentic, integrated, measurable, and aligned with Cooper University Health Care's organizational priorities, culture, and corporate brand standards.

6-10 years required.

Bachelor's degree required.

Prosci Change Management Certification or similar required.

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
