Position Overview Hospital Medicine physicians at Main Line Health provide comprehensive inpatient care while working closely with specialists, nursing teams, advanced practice providers, care managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes. Future opportunities may become available across Main Line Health's hospitals, including Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital, and Riddle Hospital. Physicians may have opportunities to practice in a variety of settings and care models depending on organizational needs and individual career interests. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for hospitalized patients. Evaluate, diagnose, treat, admit, and discharge patients in accordance with evidence-based practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and transitions. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record. Support organizational goals related to patient experience, quality metrics, and clinical excellence.
