Overview
Facilitate the patient/guests experiences at Mercy by providing personal, professional and compassionate service. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Located at the Mercy Surgery Center SPRINGFIELD, MO HYBRID Supports patients by scheduling appointments, answering questions, organizing medical information, and coordinating services with care teams. Helps ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while receiving care. MINIMUM Qualifications:Education: High school diploma.Licensure: Valid Driver's LicenseExperience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.Other:- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
