Mobile Clinic Operations Program Manager

Position Summary

The Mobile Clinic Operations Program Manager engages with community partners by and develops community education, manages cancer screening program activities. Creates quality, financial, and patient access reports and monitors metrics pertaining to program evaluation.

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Manages and supervises program activities including scheduling clinic days, hours, identifying staff point of contact and overall coordinating each clinic day
• Manages, plans, develops, and evaluates program outcomes, health education and cancer screening and prevention workshops, program advertisements and education materials.
• Develops and maintains partnerships with appropriate community organizations, including serving on community advisory boards to promote community-based participation in cancer screening events
• Develops and manages the writing and preparation of grant proposals, reports, publications, and presentations.
  Identifies and creates implementation plans for cancer screening growth initiatives across the enterprise.
• Organizes and leads meetings to ensure alignment among key stakeholders including philanthropy, marketing, operations, nursing, communications, facilities, IT, government affairs, and external organizations.
• Assist in overseeing clinic front office and support staff for all mobile clinics
• Assists with designing and project managing of future cancer prevention and screening clinics, working closely with third party mobile clinic manufacturers.
• Liaise with community partners across Southern California to plan and schedule clinic appointments for all current and future mobile clinics.

Your qualifications should include:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Science or related field with substantial coursework in Health Education, Health Sciences, Health Promotion or Community Education
• 2 years health care experience including 1 year experience in oncology, primary care, and/or public health.
