Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software

• An interest in Power, Water, Transportation, or Building Engineering

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate

• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program and graduating in December 2026 or May 2027

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail

• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of task

• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,304.00 - $102,625.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
