Short Intro and About the Job

Our Summer Internship Experience (SIE) is a 10-week program that allows students to dive into a project relevant to their studies to further grow and develop their learnings. During our 10-week program you will participate in trainings, development sessions, as well as lots of exciting programming!

The dates of our 2027 Program will be May 31, 2027- August 6, 2027.

You will be tasked with a multi-part project, focused on focused on analytics, strategy, and creative. The projects will vary by brand but will give you a good example of what a job in brand is like.

You will be leading and interfacing with cross-functional teams to execute all aspects of your project.

You will drive brand value by utilizing basic consumer insight principles.

You will contribute to marketing initiatives including media, promotions, digital, packaging, new product launches, and the management of agency partners

You will assist in financial analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis and category analysis. Identifying key trends and brand implications. Works with key decision tools and information sources.

You will assist in development and execution of brand product strategy and plans for product line(s).

You will be contributing to the development of consistent brand plans to build brand equity as a means of attaining volume goals and long-term profit growth.

The base compensation range for this position is a weekly rate of $1,900 USD paid bi-weekly.

About You

You will be currently enrolled in an MBA program with a graduation date in or after May 2028

You preferably have 3+ years of prior work experience in a corporate environment

You will have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills

You will have strong, proven potential leadership and collaboration skills

You will have proven analytical and project management skills

You may have prior experience in CPG
