Production Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic creative professional to join our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between visionary concepts and flawless execution, bringing big ideas to life in fresh, inspiring ways. Your keen eye for detail and passion for creativity will directly shape the visual identity of a brand set to redefine an entire industry, making a tangible impact on every visual touchpoint.

What You'll Do

• Craft and polish presentation decks for teams across the company, ensuring clarity and visual impact.
• Design vibrant digital and print marketing materials, ranging from event assets to email headers, that capture attention and communicate effectively.
• Review print samples, troubleshoot tricky file setup issues, and ensure all materials are production-ready and pixel-perfect.
• Create, update, and meticulously organize individual assets and large file libraries, making mockups, icons, colors, and copy easily accessible to the team.
• Support design systems by developing flexible templates, design resources, and reusable components that empower the entire team.
• Run regular design audits to maintain a polished, cohesive, and consistent visual brand across every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Visual Design (or a related field) combined with 5+ years of design studio or agency experience.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your exceptional eye for typography, layout, conceptual thinking, and presentation design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced proficiency in presentation platforms such as Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort and expertise with design systems, asset production rollouts, and preparing files for digital, web, and print channels.
• Fantastic communication skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work seamlessly and collaboratively across different departments.
