Research Technician I/II
Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. The Jiang Lab develops programmable molecular systems with translational potential for cancer theranostics, with the goal of enabling more precise, responsive, and effective approaches to cancer detection and treatment (K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award, 2025-2030; Nat Biotechnol 2025; Nat Biomed Eng 2022, etc.). At the interface of chemistry, biology, engineering, and medicine, the Jiang Lab seeks to create innovative molecular technologies that address unmet challenges in cancer therapy and diagnosis and ultimately make a meaningful difference for patients. We are recruiting a Research Technician I/II to support projects in chemical biology and therapeutic development. The Research Technician will be responsible for performing standard and investigative laboratory work in support of scientific research by performing bench-level experiments, operating analytical instruments, recovering, compiling and verifying the accuracy of research data; performing calculations; preparing charts, graphs and summaries. Responsibilities Research Tech I:

Research Technician I: The hourly pay range for this position is from $23.33 to $33.21 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Research Technician II: The hourly pay range for this position is from $27.01 to $38.45 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
