Field Marketing Analyst, Associate

Help connect essential businesses with the solutions they need to grow. As a Field Marketing Associate, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that generate awareness and new business opportunities within the retail industry. Working closely with product marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams, like the creative and brand teams, you will assist with campaign coordination, digital marketing activities, content management, and performance reporting. This role may also assist with event logistics and promotions, as needed. What you'll be doing
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns that contribute to lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including paid media, social media, email, webinars, and industry marketing programs under the guidance of senior marketing team members.
  • Assist with creating and updating campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, and promotional materials, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives.
  • Organize and maintain marketing content libraries, keeping campaign assets current, accessible, and properly distributed across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development Representatives, Product Marketing, and Product Management to support campaign execution and gather feedback.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights to help improve future marketing programs.
  • Assist with coordinating vendors, agencies, and event logistics as needed to support marketing initiatives.
  • Follow marketing best practices and contribute ideas for improving campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
What you'll likely bring
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate, polished work and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational knowledge of demand generation and digital marketing principles, including account-based marketing, social media, paid search, digital advertising, and emerging channels, with the ability to apply established processes effectively.
  • Demonstrated content creation and editing skills, including the ability to interpret brand guidelines, maintain consistent messaging, and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content for varied audiences.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and firm deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and business concepts quickly; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM is required. Familiarity with creative or editing software is preferred.
What can set you apart
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role, preferably supporting B2B marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media, events, or marketing operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.

Range:

Minimum: $55,000 USD Maximum: $89,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
