The Role: As the Senior Market Area Director, Laboratory Services , you will serve as the key administrative leader responsible for coordinating critical laboratory initiatives across the market area while providing direct oversight of multiple laboratories. Working closely with Market Chief Executives, Division leadership, physician partners, and laboratory teams, you will play a vital role in advancing laboratory performance, operational excellence, and strategic transformation initiatives. In partnership with the Division Executive Director, Clinical Lab, you will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership to laboratory services throughout the market area. This role requires a leader who can navigate complex political, regulatory, and economic environments while driving meaningful change and supporting Division, Market Area, and System strategic goals. Through a dyad leadership model that includes administrative oversight of Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services, you will help guide the future of laboratory services across the region. The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
