JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION


The Senior Manager- Mobility leads the North America mobility function supporting the United States and Canada while providing advisory support to Mexico as needed. The role is responsible for the design, governance, and delivery of immigration and relocation programs that enable business growth, workforce mobility, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.


Serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership, the Senior Manager- Mobility consults on a broad spectrum of mobility solutions, including immigration sponsorship, domestic and international relocation, and global assignments. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors to ensure mobility decisions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, first-class employee experience, and cost management principles.


This position serves as the primary North America mobility lead and partners closely with the Global Mobility Center of Expertise stakeholders based in Milan and in Paris to ensure alignment with global mobility strategy, standards, policies, vendor relationships, and practices across the enterprise. The position combines leadership with operational oversight driving policy development, program effectiveness, vendor performance, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across mobility programs.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead North America Mobility team in consulting with business leaders & stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to evaluate and recommend mobility solutions that align business needs, talent objectives, employee experience, compliance requirements, and cost considerations.

  • Monitor immigration laws and regulations and advise stakeholders onpolicy,sponsorship,workauthorization,andcompliance
  • Provide training and guidance on mobility and immigration programs.
  • Lead employee mobility programs and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance through partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage mobility budgets, reporting, and cost analysis.
  • Oversee vendor performance and continuous improvement initiatives.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, immigration, and relocation
  • Demonstrated experience managing U.S. and Canada immigration programs and mobility initiatives in a complex, multinational organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes, relocation programs, workforce mobility practices, and compliance requirements
  • Experience consulting with senior leaders and HR partners on complex mobility and talent matters
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee experience, compliance, operation effectiveness, and financial stewardship
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Familiarity with mobility considerations within Mexico and broader North American operations
  • Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Certification
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification

Pay Range:154,875.00-221,976.00
