What You'll Do

• Act as a crucial liaison, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring seamless communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead the comprehensive gathering, drafting, and refinement of business rules and functional requirements for innovative customer-facing communication tools.
• Take full ownership of project lifecycles, from initiation to successful completion, maintaining consistent stakeholder engagement and providing transparent reporting to leadership.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors (onshore and offshore), clearly communicating requirements and rigorously validating deliverables against business expectations.
• Provide cross-functional support across various initiatives, including assisting with budgeting, preparing leadership presentations, and navigating complex regulatory topics such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Must-Have Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of professional experience in project management or product analysis.
• A strong customer-centric mindset, passionately advocating for exceptional customer experience and understanding the human impact of technology.
• High technical literacy, with the ability to comprehend complex data flows between diverse systems and articulate 'tech terms' effectively without requiring coding or development skills.
• Proven proficiency in Agile methodologies, including experience managing two-week sprints and utilizing project management tools like Monday.com.
• Managed SDLC projects.
• Exceptional soft skills, demonstrating self-starter initiative, comfort with ambiguity, strong organizational abilities under pressure, and a highly collaborative team-player approach.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Experience (CX) or roles heavily focused on customer communications.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects involving multi-channel customer communication strategies (SMS, Email, Voice).
• Experience within a large corporate environment or the utility industry.
