We are seeking a hands-on engineer to be an integral part of this dynamic group. In this role, you won't just be designing; you'll be instrumental in bringing awe-inspiring installations to life, directly shaping conceptual ideas into buildable, functional structures for custom fabrications and interactive installations. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering world-class solutions that captivate audiences, exceed client expectations, and leave a lasting impact, pushing the boundaries of experiential design.

What You'll Do

• Create 3D models and detailed drawing layouts using specialized design software.
• Help turn conceptual designs for experiential marketing solutions into buildable, functional solutions.
• Utilize automation software for programming and part layouts.
• Design wiring schematics and custom circuit boards using electronic design automation tools.
• Integrate microcontrollers for controls and interactivity.
• Collaborate directly with project managers and shop leads on fabrication.
• Participate hands-on in production to support and refine build quality.

What You'll Bring

• Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced shop and production environment.
• Familiarity with CAD tools, or the ability to quickly master new design software.
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a strong desire for continuous growth.
