We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Manager to join our team.. Keyword: Password Resets, Ticket Logging, First Call Resolution (FCR), Phone/Chat Support, Knowledge Base, Advanced Troubleshooting, Escalation Handling, Software Deployment, System Configuration, Automation Required Experience: Bacheloris degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years managing multidisciplinary IT teams Working knowledge of network/systems administration CMMC/NIST 800-171 requirements Experience in defense, government contracting, or another regulated industry Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills Active, current Secret Clearance is required. Preferred Skills/Experience Masteris degree in IT or related field Security+ or other DoD 8570-aligned certification Direct experience supporting a CMMC Level 2 enclave #LI-Onsite The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
