Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling and preparing orders, receiving and stocking materials, moving products, and loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles. This role operates a sit-down forklift and interacts directly with customers while maintaining a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment. The successful candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physically demanding work throughout a full shift.

Job Responsibilities



  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move and position products.
  • Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles.
  • Move and organize products throughout the warehouse.
  • Interact professionally and directly with customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Sweep and perform general warehouse cleaning duties.
  • Support shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, and other warehouse activities as needed.


Job Requirements



  • 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift operating experience.
  • Dependable attendance and consistent work history.
  • No more than a 3-month gap in employment history.
  • Previous warehouse operations experience is preferred, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory.
  • Forklift operation experience is required.
  • Ability to learn product information and develop product knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, lift, twist, pull, and stand for a full shift.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
