Overview
The Customer Business Outcomes Executive AI Adoption Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for accelerating AI adoption among senior business decision makers by translating business priorities into personalized AI experiences during Customer Business Outcomes (CBO) engagements. This leader will leverage Microsoft's evolving library of ready-to-deploy agents, including role-based agents such as Chief of Staff, Strategy Advisor, Finance Advisor, Operations Advisor, Customer Experience Advisor, and industry-specific agents, to ensure executive stakeholders leave CBO workshops with an AI solution directly aligned to their responsibilities, strategic priorities, and desired business outcomes. The role serves as a bridge between executive ambition and enterprise-scale AI adoption by removing barriers that often slow transformation initiatives, including limited AI fluency, uncertainty about where to begin, and concerns that AI innovation creates risk outside established IT governance models.
