About the Role

If you love bringing big ideas to life and making every detail count, this Meeting Manager role at BCD could be a great fit. You'll lead high-profile meetings and events from kickoff to closeout, partnering closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create polished, memorable experiences. It's a fast-moving role where strategy, organization, and creativity all come together. You'll have a direct impact on client satisfaction while helping deliver the kind of excellence BCD is known for.

You're Good At



  • Leading end-to-end planning and execution for complex meetings and events with confidence and attention to detail
  • Building strong client relationships, guiding strategy conversations, and keeping stakeholders aligned from start to finish
  • Managing budgets, tracking financials, and finding smart ways to balance quality with cost
  • Juggling multiple timelines, vendors, and deliverables while staying calm under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Creating clear, professional presentations and communications for executive-level audiences



You Might Also Have



  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of event planning and management experience, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with Cvent, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in hi-touch meetings and event management
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach that helps teams move quickly and deliver great results

  • This role is virtual and operated in teh Central or Eastern time zone
  • This role will require up to 50% travel availablility.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager is between $60,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
