Short Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers on the sales floor, at the register, and during donation intake, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate, balance, and troubleshoot cash registers and credit card system; accurately handle cash, receipts, and daily financial transactions.
  • Apply established pricing guidelines and procedures to merchandise in a consistent and accurate manner.
  • Train, guide, and support volunteers and new Clerks by explaining tasks, answering questions, and promoting effective work practices. Assign and monitor volunteer duties as needed.
  • Assist management with assigned administrative and operational tasks, including coordination with outside vendors as needed.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, safe, and welcoming shop environments for customers, volunteers, and staff.
    Maintain a thorough understanding of EtCetera shop policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Hourly Rate Min $16.5
Hourly Rate Max $20

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
